Erich Holtmann -- met The Big E at Berkeley, Physics grad student at Berkeley now. One of my Doctor Who watching group, the Man who Owns the tom-baker-like Scarf...
DJ Byrne -- The Blonde, with a longer nickname than I can concentrate for; something about being a Leather-Clad Immortal. Well, there certainly is Only One...
Leif Harcke -- A man who once told me I didn't have enough angst in my life, Leif is a happy reminder that it might actually be possible for me to be _slightly_ less bouncy...but no more likely!
Gayathri -- Gayathri emailed me asking where I'd gotten a particular gif...which goes to show you that sometimes great friends are met over the Net. She's now my roommate and I love her dearly, although sometimes I'm convinced that she's proof that aliens have landed here on earth . And most of them seem to come from RPI...
Roger Kylin -- My Younger (but taller!) Brother! He's getting his PhD in theoretical nuclear physics at Ohio State, Columbus, after graduating w/ High Honors from U.C. Davis in June of 1995. Can you tell I'm proud of him??
Max McCormick -- Mad Max the Aussie -- one of the ex-JPL Ro-era crowd that I didn't meet until just before he moved to SLO. He's in SF now..
Lennie Moore -- While I've met lots of musicians since meeting Ro, this one composes for anything which gets viewed. I just love the "artiste" pic.
Spencer Murray -- Da Bass Man. Everything he plays, I love. Check out the Kofy Brown Band and the Spencer Murray Group, and anything else he does...
Mike O'Neal -- I first met Mike in-person at a Senseless Death performance at the Ice House Annex a couple years ago (or so). He's since shaved his mustache and cut his hair, moved on from JPL, and done enough things for me to make you go to his www page instead of listing them here...
Kimon Papahadjopoulos -- There are few people who could do as many things with as much intensity as Kimon does. Ask him about skating (Inline *or* ice) sometime when you've got a couple free hours *grin*. He's working for HoloNet (like Kurt), while still managing to practice and perfect his speedskating and inline skating form..
Kurt Pires -- A friend who's appeal goes well beyond his incredible talent with acupressure and finding sore spots in my back. Currently working with HoloNet , a nationwide internet access provider based in Berkeley, KJ still finds time for Dim Sum and my occasional short-notice visits...
Phillip Tanner -- A man who knows everyone who knows anyone, who can tell you the prefix and zip code of more locations than the helpful folks at the post office before lunchtime, a denizen of cyber-sierra and an all around great guy, who also introduced me to another good friend, Laura Duggan, who'll be here once her www page is done...
Dan Wallach -- the Very First Person I met at Berkeley, Dan keeps switching coasts between Netscape and Princeton. And somehow I still don't get to see him very much! My fault, most likely. Ask him sometime about how we met, it's a very cute freshmen-geek story. *evil grin*
Jim Wiggins -- I met Jim via Ro -- this man travels more than he stays put. Check out his van.
